Hotels should realize that “it’s a third party” means zilch to the arriving customers. Orbitz/hotel/airline is all the same as far as customers are concerned. They just know what they were promised and expect it to be delivered.

Good to know that Orbitz is listening to its customers and was able to make it up to you!
